Ayal (Ah-y’all) Hausfeld is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In 2003, he received a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder. During his time as a counselor/art therapist, he has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups.
The range of settings Ayal has been involved in vary from outpatient to inpatient, school-based to correctional services and then some. Ayal has provided care to people diagnosed with a broad range of psychological and neurological disorders.
In conducting therapy, Ayal incorporates tools and perspectives from several evidence-based and person-centered methods, including those emphasizing mindfulness.

Ayal currently lives in Boulder with his wife, daughter and a small menagerie of animal friends.
